Step 1
Cook pasta and drain, reserving the 1/4-1/2 cup water. Warm oil in pan and cook onion and red pepper flakes. Add pasta, water, lemon zest, parsley and cook. Add spinach to wilt, peas, lemon juice, 2 tbsp butter. Remove from heat and assemble salad.
