Instructions

Step 1
Beat the oil and honey together with a whisk.
Step 2
Add the eggs, and beat well.
Step 3
Whisk in the mashed bananas and milk.
Step 4
Add the baking soda, vanilla, salt and cinnamon and whisk to blend.
Step 5
Stir in the flour.
Step 6
Gently fold the chocolate chips.
Step 7
Pour the batter into a loaf pan, and bake for 60 minutes at 170C.
