Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk the egg white until it starts to foam.
Step 3
Add the maple syrup, sriracha and smoked paprika to the bowl. Stir.
Step 4
Add almonds, cashews, walnuts and pumpkin seeds. Stir.
Step 5
Transfer the preparation on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking, until nuts and seeds mixture is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
