Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and optional cayenne and salt together in a medium bowl.

Toss the pumpkin seeds in the lime juice spice blend until they’re well coated.

Spread the seeds out evenly onto the baking sheet.
