Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl add all the dry ingredients with a good pinch or two of salt then whisk to combine thoroughly
sunflower seedssunflower seeds½ cup
pumpkin seedspumpkin seeds½ cup
flax seedsflax seeds½ cup
sesame seedssesame seeds½ cup
oatsoats¾ cup
flourflour1 cup
baking powderbaking powder1 tsp
saltsalt
Step 2
Add oil and water and stir until it forms a slightly sticky dough. ( you can use avocado oil or a neutral oil if you prefer ) If the dough is too wet add some more flour . Now divide the dough into two halves .

Step 3
Roll each half out thin between two pieces of parchment paper then use a knife or Pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares . Slide the dough into a baking sheet then Bake at 200 c /400 f for about 17 minutes until they just start turning golden . Once baked cool on a wire wrack then transfer to an air tight container to store and enjoy !
