I love to make my own trail mix as it works out cheaper and I can customize it to add more of my favorite things ! It is a great healthy snack for on the go and it’s super tasty

Instructions
Step 1
Melt the coconut oil in a pan then add in the peanuts , almonds coconut chips and a pinch of salt and cook for one minute

Step 2
Spread out the mixture on a lined baking sheet then bake at 120 c / 240 f for 20 minutes
Step 3
Let the mixture cool down then slice the figs mango and banana chips into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl . Next Add cranberries and give that a good mix then store in air tight containers and enjoy
