Instructions

Step 1
Wash and fine-dice the fresh produce.
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, and spices.

In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients (other than salt).

Add oil mixture to ingredients, stirring well.
Step 5
Salt to taste and serve with tortilla chips.
