Step 1
Combine chicken, onion, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, salt, pepper, and broth in instant pot
Step 2
Cook on manual, high pressure, for 6 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, allow to sit undisturbed for 5 minutes, then release any remaining pressure
Step 3
Open the lid, stir in the bok choy and spinach. Cover and allow the bok choy and spinach to wilt, 2-3 minutes
Step 4
Stir in the lime juice and serve.
