Instructions
Step 1
Add coconut oil to pan, add nuts and spices, lightly toast for 5 minutes.\

MAKE SURE THERE IS A NICE AROMA FROM THE NUTS

Place nuts, dates and dried fruits in a food processor, pulse until well ground.
Step 4
Allow for some coarse texture, rather than a pasty mix.
Step 5
Remove mixture from food processor and press into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish lined with clingfilm.
Step 6
Refrigerate overnight (6-8 hours).
Step 7
Cut into 60g bars and serve.
Step 8
Shelf Life: 5 days chilled - 3 months freezer
