🇭🇺 Ninja Foodi Italian Meatballs AF

A little spicy... decrease red pepper if you’re a wus. -JG (😜LOL) These meatballs are perfect for topping pizza, pasta, or on a sandwich. Serve with a marinara or plain sauce over pasta.

Instructions

Step 1
Soak bread crumbs in milk in a sm bowl. for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Mix beef & pork together in lg bowl; stir onions, bread crumb mixture, eggs, parsley, garlic, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian herb seasoning, & Parmesan cheese into meat mixture. Mix well.
Step 3
Form meat mixture into 1”-1.5” balls. It will make 23-25 meatballs.
Step 4
Set Ninja Foodi to Sear/Sauté on High. Spray all sides with oil.
Step 5
Cook (10-20 min. browning all sides of meatballs (in batches.)

Sauce

Step 6
Using meatball dripping pan, sauté onion & garlic in EVOO, scraping dregs from bottom of pan while cooking.
Step 7
Add remaining sauce ingredients & cook until it smells done (raw tomato taste is gone). Meanwhile cook desired pasta.
Step 8
Toss pasta in sauce and serve with meatballs, Parmesan cheese, and more basil.

Freeze Remainder

Step 9
Pour remaining sauce & meatballs on cookie sheet & freeze. I freeze 2 meatballs and some sauce per storage bag for individual use —- pasta or sandwich.
