oil
1rotisserie chicken
1 packettaco seasoning
10 ouncecan diced tomatoes and green chilies
1can refried beans with jalapeños
1 cup Shredded cheese of choice
Instructions
Step 1
Shred your chicken
Step 2
Add oil to a skillet and heat
Step 3
Add shredded chicken. Season with taco seasoning. Add rotell (do not drain), and a splash or water. Mix well and let the mixture heat up on the pan

Add refried beans and mix well
Step 5
Add cheese and sour cream, and mix well
Step 6
Once combined and heated, transfer the mixture to a bowl
Step 7
In the same skillet, add more oil and head your corn tortillas on both sides until they have a little color to them
Step 8
Once your tortillas are warm, add the mixture to the tortillas, and fold in half
Step 9
Optional: to make your tacos crispy, air fry them at 375 for 4 minutes

Top with cilantro if you please
