Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cut a diamond shape into the top of the baguette, careful not to cut all the way through.
Step 3
Remove most of the insides. Pressing the remaining bread to the sides to compact it.
Step 4
Whisk together your eggs, cheese and veggies. Season to your preferred taste.
Step 5
Fill the hole in the baguette with the egg mixture.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temp of the eggs reaches 160 degrees.
Step 7
Slice and serve.
