Instructions

Step 1
Mix pancake mix, egg, and enough milk or water until it's the consistency of pancake batter. You may need to add a little more pancake mix or liquid to get it right.
Step 2
Mix in 1-2 tablespoons of sprinkles until it's spread evenly throughout
Step 3
Fold in blueberries and bananas
Step 4
Pour batter into a greased baking dish - 8x8 or 9x9
Step 5
Drop a few globs of peanut butter on top and swirl it around a bit until it's marbled but not mixed.
Step 6
Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean from the center
Step 7
Let cool until whipped cream can be added without melting
Step 8
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles
