Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice in a pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile dice the smoked duck breast and set aside.
Step 3
Shred cabbage, dice carrots and prep green beans or broccoli.
Step 4
In a large pan heat sesame oil and toss in all of the vegetables and cook until tender. Fold in the diced smoked duck breast. Season with garlic, umami, ginger and a drizzle of soy sauce.
Step 5
Once the rice is fluffy fold the rice into the vegetable meat mixture and toss with a little more sesame oil.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
