2garlic cloves
finely cut
2portobello mushrooms
finely sliced
4button mushrooms
finely sliced
2shiitake mushrooms
finely sliced
100gchicken liver
cut into small pieces, organic
2 Tbspnolive oil
Pumpkin
Roasted, cut into small pieces
Sauce:
Instructions
Step 1
Blend all sauce ingredients and simmer for 5minutes stirring constantly.
Step 2
Season chicken liver with salt & pepper
Step 3
Pan fry the chicken liver with onion and garlic cloves. Add the mushrooms and saute for an additional 5 minutes. Add the pumpkin.
Step 4
Add the sauce mixture to the chicken liver, pumpkin and mushrooms. Serve with parsley.
Step 5
Serve with parsley.
