Instructions
Step 1
Mix salt into flour.
Step 2
Cut butter into small tiny cubes.
Step 3
Smash butter into flour until it looks like grain.
Step 4
Mix vinegar and water together.
Step 5
Slowly pour and mix it into the flour.
Step 6
Roll into two equal balls. Put them in plastic wrap and let rest in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
