Instructions

Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water according to the package instructions, then drain, reserve a cup of the spaghetti boiling water.
Step 2
Heat up olive oil in a pot. Add finely chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Step 3
Soaked the almonds in hot water , then peel the skin.
Step 4
In a blender, add cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano, garlic & almonds and blend into a coarse paste.
Step 5
Add in pot and cook for a minute or two until oil separates from sides , then add tomato paste and cook for good 2-3 minutes until darker in colour.
Step 6
Add double cream and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 7
Add salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and spaghetti water. Give it a mic until cheese melts.
Step 8
Add boiled spaghetti and mix.
Step 9
Mix over medium heat until spaghetti is coated well.
Step 10
Serve immediately!
