Instructions
Step 1
Chop your ingredients.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and the bell pepper first.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms and let them shrink to about 1/3 of their size.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the wine, add the thyme and let boil for about 3 minutes.
Step 6
Finally, add the cream, the cheese and the turmeric and let them boil until the sauce has set.
Step 7
Meanwhile, start boiling your pasta. You can add broth if you want. Boil for 2 minutes less than instructed.
Step 8
Transfer your pasta on the frying pan and mix with the sauce. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
