Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the olive oil.
Step 3
Cook the chopped onion in the oil, then add the mushrooms.
Step 4
Add mushrooms and zucchini and cook until tender.
Step 5
Add the tomato paste, cream and spices and stir until it's homogeneous.
Step 6
Add the pasta and pasta water. Stir until you obtain a thin sauce.
Step 7
Add the mozzarella and stir off the heat (so that it does not clump).
Step 8
It's ready, you can serve with basil if you want. Bon appétit !
