Step 1
Cook pasta until al dente and drain
Step 2
Cook chicken thoroughly
Step 3
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, salt, pepper. Add milk slowly. Add paprika. Cook until thickened.
Step 4
Add half of the pasta to the bottom of an ungreased casserole dish. Add the shredded chicken and spinach to cover. Add half the white sauce and cover with shredded mozzarella. Repeat layers and add parmesan to the top of the casserole.
Step 5
Bake covered at 350 F for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
