Dissolve yeast, then sugar in warm water. Make slightly sticky dough. Put lid on tight, let rise 45 min., until double. Roll out and let dough relax before you cut it. Cut into about 14 slices; bring ends together; hold double ends and twist. Put on big jelly roll pan with 1 cube melted butter. Sprinkle wiht garlic salt, parmesean cheese. Let rise again for 20 min. Bake at 400 until golden brown, about 15 min.
