Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Step 3
Use an electric mixer to cream together eggs, sugar, butter/margarine, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Step 4
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Add oil last and mix until well-incorporated.
Step 5
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 6
While cooking, combine powdered sugar, milk, and lemon zest until smooth.
Step 7
When loaf is cool, drizzle glaze over the loaf. Let glaze set before slicing.
