Instructions
Step 1
Dice onions, garlic and slice your potatoes then put potatoes in ice water.
Step 2
Heat some oil and cook onions for about 5 minutes on medium heat, then lower temperature and add garlic and cook until aromatic, then add meat or meat substitute combine well and add spices. Let cook 5 minutes, then add water, tomato paste and lemon juice. Mix and cook.
Step 3
Boil water for pasta and cook pasta, then drain and pat dry the potatoes, then sprinkle with salt and turmeric. Drain pasta and combine with meat sauce, and set aside.
Step 4
Now heat some oil in a pan, then add potatoes and fry them for a few minutes. Then layer on your spaghetti mix right on top of the potatoes. Cover the pot cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes, then the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Once done flip it on a plate and enjoy
