Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken with salt and lemon juice for 30 min
Step 2
Throw the water released by the chicken amd then add yogurt, ginger garlic paste and salt to it. Marinate for another 15 min
Step 3
In a pot heat oil and add bay leaf and cardamom. Cook for 30 sec
Step 4
Add marinated chicken
Step 5
Cook for 5 min on medium heat, covered.
Step 6
When all water is released open the lid and cook for 5 more mins
Step 7
Add black pepper, lemon juice, zest and cilantro and cook for 2 more minutes till the gravy thickens and oil separates.
