Instructions
Step 1
1° Pour the oats and almond milk into a large bowl; mix well. Rest for 30 mins

2° Line muffin pan with 12 liners and lightly spray with oil
Step 3
3° Preheat oven to 400F
Step 4
4° Add brown sugar, mashed banana, egg whites, honey, applesauce, and vanilla to oats
Step 5
5° In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Step 6
6° Slowly add the flour mixture ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until incorporated 7° Fold in chocolate chips
Step 7
8° Pour batter into the muffin pan
Step 8
9° Bake 24-28 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)
Step 9
10° Cool before serving
