Ingredients

600gpork fillet
2 Tbspdark soy sauce
3 Tbsphoney
3 Tbsphoisin sauce
1 tspwhite rice vinegar
1 tspsesame oil
4garlic cloves
grated
1 tspchilli
1 Tbsporange juice
or Chinese wine
Thai basil
chopped, you can use dried or even just any basil
300mlchicken stock
8bao buns
supermarket, Heat in microwave or steam
Pomegranate seeds

Instructions
Step 1
Season your pork in salt and pepper and seal on a pan for 1-2 mins
Step 2
Add the pork and all other ingredients except the coriander and pomegranate to the Slowcooker for 5-6 hours on high or 8 on low (Baste a few times throughout if your can and if you want the sauce thicker add cornflour)
Step 3
Shred the pork, chuck back into the pot to coat in sauce and serve in bao buns with coriander and some sweet pomegranate to balance the heat
