Instructions

Step 1
Soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Then lift and pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
In a bowl, toss the wedges, oil, semolina and salt together. Place in the cook & crisp basket and place into the pot.
Step 3
Close the lid and move slider to COMBI-STEAM.
Step 4
Select STEAM AIRFRY, set temperature to 230C and set time for 16 minutes. Select start/stop and begin cooking. The display will show PRE for approx 10 mins as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down.
Step 5
Stir parmesan, rosemary and garlic together when the timer reaches 9 mins. Open lid and sprinkle over parmesan mix. Toss wedges to coat and close lid to continue cooking. With 4 mins remaining open lid rearrange then close lid to finish cooking.
Step 6
Serve immediately with sour cream and chives or whatever you want.
