Is it a pizza or cookie? Well I call it a PIZZOOKIE! 🙌 This Snickers version is made with one of my favorites double chocolate cookie doughs, a homemade cashew caramel sauce, dark chocolate drizzle, and topped with cashew pieces and chocolate chips! Does it get any better that this?? This recipe is also dairy, grain, gluten, and refined sugar free! Pizzookies are the way to go and it's definitely my new favorite way to make a cookie 🥰

Instructions
Step 1
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
2) Take your cookie dough and roll it out to a 1/4 rounded shape. Place on a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 mins.
Step 3
3) Make your cashew caramel by heating up your maple syrup and cashew butter in a pot over low heat. Stir until well incorporated.
Step 4
4) Once the cookie is done baking, set aside to cool for a few minutes. Then spread your cashew caramel evenly over your giant cookie.
Step 5
5) Drizzle your melted chocolate over top and add your chopped cashews and chocolate chips.
Step 6
6) Slice up your pizzookie and enjoy!
