Spicy Garlic Wings

picy garlic wings are my absolute favorite flavor wings. I highly suggest making these for super bowl weekend. All that garlicky spicy goodness is just so addicting. Use your hot sauce of choice

Instructions

Step 1
1. Prepare oil to 350 degrees F or air fryer

2. Combine brown sugar, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika

3. Lay out party wings and pat dry

4. Deep fry wings for approximately 8-10 minutes or until they begin to float to the surface

5. Finely mince garlic or puree

6. In a separate pan, add oil and butter

7. Toss in the garlic and sauté until fragrant

8. Lower heat and add in the hot sauce, season blend, and Worcestershire sauce

9. Incorporate and simmer on low heat until reduced by a third
Step 10
10. Combine egg yolk, corn starch, and water to create a slurry
Step 11
11. Turn off the heat of pan
Step 12
12. Add in the slurry and allow sauce to emulsify
Step 13
13. Add the wings and coat well
