20 ouncefrozen shredded potatoes
pkg
14.5 ouncecan chicken broth
10 ouncefrozen whole kernal corn
2 cupsmilk
12 ouncesmoked sausage
¼ tsppepper
1red bell pepper
diced
Instructions
Step 1
In a 4 quart Dutch oven combine potatoes, broth, and corn. Bring mixture just to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender, stirring occasionally. Using a potato masher, slightly mashed potatoes. Stir in milk sausage and peppers. Heat until ready to serve.
