Instructions
Step 1
Dice the veggies.
Step 2
Cook the soba noodles according to the packet instructions.
Step 3
To a pan on medium heat, add the chilli oil and garlic and cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add the spring onions, edamame, and stem part of the bok choy and cook covered for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Combine the almond butter, lime and tamari.
Step 6
Add the noodles, green parts of the bok choy, and almond sauce. Stir well and cook covered until the greens are just wilted.
Step 7
Serve with sesame seeds, and enjoy!
