Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, and potato.

Sauté for 5-6 minutes until they have a little color.
Step 3
Add the stock, carrots, and celery.
Step 4
Add Black Pepper, Salt, Chili Powder, Oregano, and Parsley.
Step 5
Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender when you insert a fork.
Step 6
Blitz the soup until smooth and add the peas and Bockwurst, heat through.
Step 7
Heat through and season to taste.
