Instructions
Step 1
Mix the mirin, oyster sauce, soy sauce and black pepper in a large bowl. Marinate the chicken for at least 10 mins.
Step 2
Brown the chicken in a large pot, keeping the marinade in the bowl. Remove chicken onto a plate.
Step 3
Fry the onion, garlic and ginger for 2 mins. Add the rice and stir. Add the chicken stock, marinade and broccoli and stir.
Step 4
Add the chicken, cover, bring to simmer then lower heat to medium. Cook for 12-15 mins or until liquid is absorbed.
