Instructions

Step 1
Clean the mushrooms your preferred way. Trim them into bite sized pieces. Add a knob of butter to a saucepan with the garlic and gently fry the mushrooms. When done drain the courgette, arrange in a plate and pour over the buttery garlic mushrooms.
Step 2
Wash the courgette and then create the spaghetti in a spiralizer. Place in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 2 mins.

To serve

Step 3
Drain the water from the courgette ans spoon over the mushrooms. Season if needed and enjoy.
