Instructions

Step 1
Saute the onion and garlic for few minutes.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms and saute for around 5-10 min.
Step 3
Add the orzo pasta and liquids - coconut milk and water. Add, miso paste, 1 vegetable cube and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Bring to boil and cook for around 6-10 min or as per instructions on the orzo packaging.
Step 5
Add spinich and the sqeeze of lemon at the end of cooking and mix.
