Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 F

2. Measure out oat-milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla - set aside

3. Combine flour, sugar, baking power, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Wisk.

4. Add butter in 1Tbsp clumps to flour mixture. Gently wisk.

5. Mix (careful to not over-mix) wet ingredients into dry using a wooden spoon or silicon spatula.

6. Add strawberries

7. Put dough onto clean counter, lightly flour if needed. Gently fold dough until combined, shape into a flat circle, cut into 6 pieces.

8. Add pieces to parchment-lined tray, add to oven and bake for 20 minutes.

9. Pull out of oven, brush tops with oat milk and sprinkle with crystal-sugar (optional).
Step 10
10. Bake for 3 more minutes, take out, let cool, and enjoy!
