1 headcauliflower
small, cut into bite-sized florets
2 cupspanko
2eggs
sauce
¼ cuporange juice
plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoonswater
¼ cupsugar
1 ½ tablespoonsvinegar
⅛ cuplite soy sauce
2cloves garlic
minced
¼ teaspoonfresh ginger
minced
1 teaspoonsriracha
1 teaspoonketchup
2 teaspoonscornstarch
green onions
chopped, or sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Put the panko into a plastic zipper bag. A little at a time, dip the cauliflower into the egg then shake in the breadcrumbs. Put coated cauliflower onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
