Instructions

Step 1
Roast cubed peach in the oven for 15 minutes at 400F. Let cool.
Step 2
In a large jar, mix together oat milk, vanilla, chia, dried fig and roasted peach. Let sit for 20 minutes, mix again.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
Step 4
Garnish with more fruit or graonla. Enjoy!
