1 Tbsptomato purée
Spinach
2 Tbspgaram masala
3 Tbspturmeric

To make the pizza
Instructions
To make the curry
Step 1
Fry off the onion, garlic, ginger in some oil until soft then add the spices and fry for a further 2 minutes
Step 2
Add the lamb to the onion and spices
Step 3
Brown the mince, add the peas, tomato, spinach and a little bit of water
Step 4
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes on a medium heat.
Step 5
Add the coriander
To make the pizza
Step 6
Top the roti with the Keema curry mix
Step 7
Add the cheese and chilli
Step 8
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes
