Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken thighs into 3 lengths
Thread chicken and scallions alternately onto short bamboo skewers
Lay skewers in large shallow dish
Step 2
mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, ginger root and crushed sesame seeds. Turn to coat with sauce, then leave for 3-4 hours, turning 2-3 times
Step 3
Preheat BROILER or BBQ
Step 4
Broil for 10-15 minutes turning occasionally and brush with remaining marinade. Serve with callions and toasted sesame seeds.
