Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken thighs with salt and flour, then rinse them with water and cut them into thin slices.
Step 2
In a ziplock bag, put the olive oil, the chicken thighs, yogurt, vinegar, and chopped garlic, add salt, black pepper and the spices, and massage well.
Step 3
The mixture is placed in the refrigerator, and left overnight until the seasoning is absorbed.
Step 4
Place the chicken pieces into the oven tray, (discard access marinade) in a preheated 170C oven, and broil it for 20 minutes or to brown, you may mix it from time to time.
Step 5
Placed on a serving plate, and served with Toum paste, pita bread and pickles.
