Avocado and Tofu Cream Cheese Spread

My jaw dropped when I saw @naturally_nina_ make this super simple spread last week! And this is actually the 3rd time I’ve made it since I saw her reel 👀 obsessed.
It’s basically like a cream cheese and made from the simplest of ingredients! Amazing on toast, or would be incredible to dip corn chips into. You could also chuck in any of your favourite herbs or some peas to take it up another notch but I love it super simple like this 🤌
The addition of fresh lemon juice also keeps the avo from going brown so it should be right in the fridge for a couple of days!
If you’re making this just for you, you may want to halve the recipe as this makes about 400 - 500g of spread.
