Instructions
Step 1
Cut open avocado, and cut into diced sized pieces.
Step 2
Put avocado into a small bowl, then mash it with a fork until desired consistency. Mash the avocado longer for smoother consistency.
Step 3
Remove seeds from tomato, and finely chop the tomato.
Step 4
Peel and dice the garlic, then dice the red onion. Using a hand blender, or other blending machine, add the garlic and onion and blend until they are finely chopped.
Step 5
Add the tomato, red onions, and garlic to the avocado and blend together.
Step 6
Add lime juice and seasonings, then mix together with a fork until blended well.
Step 7
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. After at least 30 minutes it should be ready to go.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
