Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Instructions

Step 1
Open tins of tuna and drain excess oil
Step 2
Chop lettuce and add to a mixing bowl and drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil over the top.
Step 3
Add in the cheese of choice, pine nuts, and any other vegetables of your choosing (bell peppers, rocket salad, olives, cucumber, mint, beetroot, spring onion all great choices!)
Step 4
Flake the tuna from the tin and add into the mixing bowl
Step 5
Toss salad together and serve up (you may wish to add in a little pasta but be conscious of you daily calorie allowance!).
