Instructions
Step 1
In a food processor add the almonds and chocolate chips and pulse until broken into broken into very small pieces. If you don’t have a food processor you can use a blender or put the ingredients in a zip lock bag and break them up with a rolling pin.
Step 2
Then mix in the remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Roll the batter into balls (22g) and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Freeze the balls for 15 mins then store in a ziplock bag. Store in the fridge or freezer.
