Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Beat eggs, add flour, cheese, cottage cheese, spices and mix. Add melted butter and stir in chilies.
Step 2
Bake in a greased 13 x 9“ pan for 15 minutes at 400°. Reduce heat to 350° and continue cooking for additional 30 minutes. Note: for more heat, use a 7 ounce can of diced green chilies.
