Instructions
Step 1
Cut and get rid of the bottom part of tomato and slice tomato into small slices. Tear mushrooms apart into smaller strips, wash and drain.
Step 2
Melt unsalted butter and add in sliced tomatoes to cook. Simmer for a few minutes until tomatoes are soft, remove tomato skin before adding in coconut milk to mix. Bring broth to boil and simmer for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Step 3
Add in mushroom to cook and season the soup with salt and sugar to your liking once mushrooms are fully cooked. Garnish with black sesame seeds and pine seeds. Serve warm.
