Step 1
- Cut up your thawed shrimp into bite sized pieces & sprinkle with seasonings and mix all together. Add in the minced garlic and cook until pink. The amount I listed I just estimated, I seasoned with my heart!
-Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix the mayo and sour cream together with the seasonings I listed before the French bread along with the shredded cheeses. Add the shrimp into the mixture and mix well.
- Slice your French bread into 1/2” sliced and place on a foil lined baking sheet with a little cooking spray. Place your bread slices on the sheet and top with a bit of the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle a little shredded Parmesan on top then follow with a little paprika and Italian seasoning. Bake for 10-15 min at 400.
