Ingredients

1 lbsshrimp
jumbo
1 Tbspolive oil
4 Tbspsalted butter
6cloves garlic
chopped
1 Tbspparsley
minced
1 ½ Tbspcajun spice blend
1 tbsp for sauce/.5 tbsp for shrimp
1 tspworcestershire sauce
1 tspfresh lemon juice
salt
to season
pepper

1 spriggreen onion
chopped
For the cajun spice blend
Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare shrimp by removing shell and butterflying
Step 2
2. Season generously with salt, pepper and cajun spice blend
Step 3
3. In a hot pan, add olive oil
Step 4
4. Add butter and allow to melt
Step 5
5. Toss in garlic, parsley, cajun spice blend, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice
Step 6
6. Sauté for approximately 30 seconds ensuring garlic does not burn
Step 7
7. Add in the seasoned shrimp and sear both sides for 1-2 minutes or until opaque
Step 8
8. Pour over rice and garnish with green onion
