Ingredients

¼ cupflax seed meal
or gf buckwheat millet, sorghum or brown rice flour
¼ cupground almonds
½ tspbaking soda
2 tspbaking powder
1 tspsea salt
2 ¼ tspinstant yeast
2egg whites
room temperature, or egg substitute like 4 Tbs aquafaba
3 Tbshoney
OR maple syrup, OR agave syrup
¾ cupwater
warm
1 Tbsbaking soda
preferred, OR salt, for the boil
sesame seed
toppings like s, coarse, etc
sea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the wet ingredients in a bowl together.

Whisk the dry ingredients together

flax seed meal¼ cup
instant yeast2 ¼ tsp
gluten free flour3 cups
baking powder2 tsp
sea salt1 tsp
baking soda½ tsp
Step 3
Mix together in a stand mixer until dough like, add in more water if it is too tough but make sure it is not too sticky
Step 4
Divide the mixture into 6 and shape into bagels by rolling into a ball and making a hole in the middle
Step 5
Store in a warm place while a pot of water is boiling
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200°C
Step 7
Once the water is boiling drop the bagels into the water for 30 seconds on each side, make sure they are not touching in the water
Step 8
Cook them in the oven for 8 minutes then turn them over and cook them for another 8 minutes.
